Our AGM has been scheduled for Wednesday 19 August, 2015 at 7.30pm at the Clubrooms at the Warragul Velodrome. Schedule it in your calendars now and come along.
To nominate for a committee position, or to nominate somebody, the following Committee Nomination Form is required.
A slightly dusty Committee Roles and Responsibilities is document available for download. It will give you a rough idea of what’s involved in each role.
The AGM is normally followed by a brief ordinary monthly club meeting.
All members are welcome. We are always looking for new ideas and input from the membership group, so please come along and have your say about the direction of your Cycling club.
One great way to make an active contribution is to consider joining the Committee if you have time to attend one meeting per month. Fresh faces and ideas always help keep the Club current and well positioned to meet all members needs.
