Our AGM for August 13, 7:30pm. For the first time in the history of the club the meeting will be virtual due to our COVID19 restrictions. An email will be sent to all members on Monday 10th August with details.
To attend the meeting virtually please respond to this email requesting the link to enable you to join the meeting.
We understand it may not be suitable for everyone to attend via computer or smart phone, if this is the case please email us and we will endeavour to find another option for you to be involved.
All positions are declared vacant, attached are the positions along with descriptions for you to review. If you don’t feel you have time to commit to a specific position please consider joining as a general committee member, many hands make light work with any contribution very much appreciated.
If you have ever thought about being a committee member now is the time to join a great group of people who have some exciting plans for when we come out of COVID restrictions and the year ahead.

Warragul Cycling Club Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday August 13,7pm.
With the exciting cycling projects happening in Baw Baw now is the time to get involved with the WCC.
To nominate for a committee position, or to nominate somebody, the following Committee Nomination Form is required.
A Committee Roles and Responsibilities is document available for download. It will give you a rough idea of what’s involved in each role.
The AGM is normally followed by a brief ordinary monthly club meeting.
All members are welcome. We are always looking for new ideas and input from the membership group, so please come along and have your say about the direction of your Cycling club.
One great way to make an active contribution is to consider joining the Committee if you have time to attend one meeting per month. Fresh faces and ideas always help keep the Club current and well positioned to meet all members needs.
