With the onset of the cold weather it was decided to bring to an end the junior track evenings. As a finale to the season Karen Munroe, who along with Trevor Rollinson and Steve Muggeridge have been running the junior programme, organised a training session at DISC in Melbourne.

Five of our juniors and one from Leongatha attended. A fantastic afternoon was held with the juniors getting some excellent coaching and having a fun time.  Some of the oldies even had a go.

The coach David James commented on the fantastic bunch of juniors and was impressed with their level of riding.

After a few runs around the track all had conquered their fear of the steep banks and were riding like seasoned trackies, flying around the highest part of the turns, even Karen gave it a go.
