Although numbers for Wednesday night track meetings have been down of late, the riders have competed keenly and have shared the spoils around. Nobelius has proven himself to be the top juvenile of late and Brett Williams is performing consistently well in the senior events, taking out two races last week.
John Salton is still the rider to beat in the open events although Gary Jackson showed a welcome return to form with a strong victory in the 25 lap scratch race to finish proceedings last week.
