2022 AGM – Tuesday 4th May

Our AGM is set for Wednesday 4th May, 7:00pmto be held at our clubrooms.

Community sporting clubs need your involvement to operate and in particular to ramp up racing and other events post Covid.
The club was successful during Covid in obtaining multiple grants which included funding to purchase new track bikes, enabling this summer junior track cycling to have well over 20 kids participate with 3 coaches.
Road racing and other local events are on the agenda, as is multiple cycling disciplines.
If you want to get involved and help shape the club’s future direction – come along!
All roles are declared vacant and some new faces are needed.

To nominate for a committee position, or to nominate somebody, the following Committee Nomination Form is required.

A Committee Roles and Responsibilities is document available for download. It will give you a rough idea of what’s involved in each role.

The AGM is  normally followed by a brief ordinary monthly club meeting.

All members are welcome.  We are always looking for new ideas and input from the membership group, so please come along and have your say about the direction of your Cycling club.

One great way to make an active contribution is to consider joining the Committee if you have time to attend one meeting per month.  Fresh faces and ideas always help keep the Club current and well positioned to meet all members needs.
